Aloha! We are Jennah & DJ
Two moms who met over a decade ago through their love of yoga.
We would spend our mornings and evenings playing in the studio with different sequences and postures and we did this for a few years. Over time, life sent us in different directions but our friendship just grew stronger.
We insisted on doing things together like marathons, yoga festivals, yoga retreats, charitable events, swimming with sharks, riding helicopters, and all things including yoga in between.
About 5 years ago, while watching the sunrise after a hike to the top of Koko Head, we sat together and began dreaming of how we can share our passion of yoga with those around us.
Every visit after that we were planning and dreaming of how to share our practice with others and how they would share theirs.
In 2023 on Kauai we created Embrace Space!
Where we explore and enlighten through experiences with our community and asana.

Deejay is an experienced registered yoga instructor, with a thorough understanding of the body’s anatomy. Using her therapeutic background Deejay educates and guides her class safely through practice using all planes of movement to allow the class to gain strength and range of motion that is available to each individual body.
Offering opportunities for growth physically and mentally by exploring transitions when moving in and out of fundamental postures. Upon finishing Deejays class there is not a piece of the body that will not be addressed, you will leave aligned, rejuvenated and balanced. Deejay enjoys seeing the passion for yoga ignite in others,and being a part of their journey.

Jennah is a Kauai girl, born and raised. Her love for yoga started around 2010, and her passion for it led to her desire to become an instructor. She started her yoga training in Albuquerque, NM and is now a 500hour certified instructor. Also a mother of 2 children with Special needs, yoga has helped her in all aspects of life.
